Adventure Should Never Be Limited by Mobility.
Outdoor Access Project helps individuals with mobility challenges experience Utah’s outdoors through adaptive recreation opportunities, wheelchair scholarships, and community-supported adventures.
A Utah-based nonprofit creating access to outdoor experiences, adaptive equipment, and life-changing adventures.
More Than Access. More Than Awareness.
Outdoor Access Project exists to remove barriers that prevent individuals with mobility challenges from experiencing the outdoors. Through scholarships, adaptive recreation opportunities, community partnerships, and direct support, we help make trails, parks, and outdoor adventures more accessible for everyone.
We believe freedom, adventure, and connection should not end where accessibility challenges begin.
Helping Families Access the Outdoors
Adaptive equipment can open doors to experiences many families never thought possible. Through our scholarship program, Outdoor Access Project helps qualifying individuals gain access to mobility equipment and opportunities that support greater independence and outdoor participation.
Whether exploring local trails, attending community events, or spending meaningful time outdoors with family and friends, our goal is simple: help more people experience the world beyond the pavement.
