Nonprofit Disclosure
Outdoor Access Project is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of individuals with disabilities by breaking down barriers to outdoor recreation. Founded in 2025, the organization was established on the belief that everyone deserves meaningful access to Utah’s trails, parks, and wild places—regardless of physical ability.
Through adaptive outdoor adventures, inclusive community events, and accessibility advocacy, Outdoor Access Project works to expand outdoor opportunities for wheelchair users and individuals with mobility challenges. Our programs are designed to foster freedom, confidence, and genuine connection with nature while promoting inclusion, safety, and community engagement.

No part of the organization’s net earnings benefits any private individual, officer, or director, except as reasonable compensation for services rendered in furtherance of the organization’s mission.
The organization does not participate in political campaigns or endorse candidates for public office. All activities are conducted in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local nonprofit regulations.
